QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and/or MBA degree
4-5 years working experience required
Sound planning experience together with control/reporting experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications, Oracle/SAP
Strong communication skills and presentation skills
Team work oriented, self-disciplined and self-motivated
Action and result oriented, attentive to deadlines
Fluent in English
Analytical thinking skills
Able to work in a matrix organization with multi-stakeholder
Leading G&A budget and acting as a finance go to person for Mosaic related topics :
- Preparation of General&Administration budget plans/forecasts, trend analysis, revision of related budgets via discussion with budget holders according to the trend analysis,
- Monitoring and analyzing G&A cost and tracking budget realizations for G&A budget and variance analysis between actuals vs budgets to ensure actuals are in line with forecast & AOP,
- Financial Governance of Company Payroll Cost via close work with HR.
- Financial Governance of BIS budget
- Financial Governance of Opex Dashboard, T&E Reporting, Facilities Reporting Tracking
- Financial support to G&A budget owners,
- Preparation of sector & LT reporting requirements in actual base/fcst/AOP period,
- Preparation of G&A analysis reports on monthly basis
- Financial support of G&A productivity; validating productivities and tracking Pipeline Projects
- Financial support for G&A capex. Tracking G&A capex budget vs AOP/Forecast.
- Financial Governance and sector submissions for Smart Spending Reporting
Mosaic Implementation :
- Manage Cockpit Adoption process for Mosaic Turkey implementation;
- Follow-up progress through Adoption tracker
- Advocate Cockpit usage through Cockpit trainings, introducing new material in order to develop self-service mentality
- Support his/her manager for change management/Cockpit council meetings with sector
- Be a go-to person for TM1 and Mosaic set up and content e.g. local P&L view, customer hierarchy, products,smart spending, usage of dashboards by coordinating Data Analyst and Finance Planning team
- Act as finance lead for any new Mosaic related requirement such as new reporting/testing of a new functionality
