At least 3 years experience ind FMCG
Fluent in Turkish / English

• Manage, fallow up and increase the warehouse people performance in daily operations
• Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded
• Participation in production planning studies, work closely with SP and CS teams in daily operations.
• Planning and enforcing MP productions, close fallow up 3PL operation
• Manage & track the warehousing operations in 3PL WHS
• Manage Load & Unload and storage operations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Enabling the warehouse automation system to be used actively
• Monthly Inventory counting and reporting, ensuring stock consistency
• Tracking and reporting of logistics budget, close fallow up the costs regarding logistics
• Determination and supply of warehouse needs that need in daily operations
• Communicating with and coordinating orders with customers and sales team.
• Manage all EHS and QA&AIB requirements regarding warehouse
• Exploring and moving a productivity project annually.
• Keeping the W/O targets
• Keeping in touch with CS to keep de service level better than year ago on daily basis tracking
• Weekly meetings with our 3PL service provider to make them understand and make them live PepsiCo culture.
• Increasing the capability of copacker supplier, negotiating with development team.
• Keeping the plant FLE's motivated and provide them to give their best and following it up on daily basis.
• Although not directly responsible , daily touches with transportation supplier to keep the loading efficiency
• Keeping the 3PL service provider updated to follow and complete them daily loading plan
• Leading EHS activities on daily basis , to keep the FLE's concentrated.
• Lead the Food Safety activities on weekly basis , to keep up to date our Food Safety culture
• Managing the stock transfers between plant and overflow warehouses
• Effective stock & inventory management with counting accuracy, stock consistency
• Daily quick reactions by the change of the shipment plan, mixed cases plan and manufacturing plan, to keep the high service level and customer satisfaction
• Although not directly responsible, keeping in touch with transportation supplier on daily basis to keep the OTIF results.
• Deliver logistic core KPI's, take necessary actions
