Very good command of English and Turkish, written and verbal
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated leadership ability
Ability to multi-task, work independently and employ e?ective time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work in shifts

• Ensuring the completion of volume in weekly production plan
• Ensuring e?cient production runs on all process and packaging lines
• Ensuring the e?ective management of the front line employees in her/his shift
• Ensuring food safety on all production lines and ensure activities which are food safety and the rules of the prerequisite, PepsiCo company requirements and national/international regulations in the factory
• Ensuring people safety on all production lines Tracking the Daily plan adherence and support the service to sales Managing Lean implementation in his/her shift Track Performance of the lines.
• Supporting R&D for new product trials and launches Gate keeping of IPS and Weak Link standards Leading Lean, productivity and recon savings program Meeting the requirements Management system with in the plant such as Quality, Food Safety, GEHSMS and 14001 Environmental Management System in his/her area of responsible
• Apply the personal performance system for the all front line employees in his/her shift Perform the monthly team meetings and inform his/her teams with the team scores and take necessary actions.
• Leading the QCDM meetings with his/her teams for all production lines.
• Provide support to her/his sta? to attend necessary trainings.
