QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in quantitative research and/or data analysis
Analytic mindset capable of mining insights a must; able to distill complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Understanding of media modeling, similar statistical modeling techniques and ROI mindset
Proven influencing and consulting skills to tailor recommendation to the needs of stakeholders and effectively engage them to obtain commitment and drive impact
Digital insights understanding capability
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Strong problem-solving skills (e.g., analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking) required
Ability to summarize complex findings and make them digestible for non-insight people
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Thorough knowledge of data sources that are used for media measurement (e.g., syndicated data, media impression, etc.)
Ability to combine data from different source, and experience to make effective results in complex situation and fast changing market, digital era
Consumer insight technical expertise - experience and understanding across a wide breadth of consumer insight techniques -qualitative, quantitative research, consumer panels, trends, segmentation
- General:
- Summarizes data, Interprets results from analyses, and prepares study findings and translates findings into actionable insights and learning points for internal partners and management
- Works together with analytics team in monitoring and reporting results from tracking studies, other syndicated data sources, and primary guest research
- Integrates findings from multiple studies and sources of research to present a complete picture
- Applies an understanding and knowledge of consumer, media and industry trends to work activities
- Manages resources, tasks, contracts, scope, and budgets for projects
- Manages vendor partners and research agency relationships
- Media ROI Projects (GDM)
- Lead GDM project.
- Develop GDM analysis tools.
- Collect, analyze and classify media and campaign data. Ensure viability for analysis tools.
- Lead ad-hoc media efficiency analysis projects (i.e.Pepsi Max MDA, other)
- Brand Health Tracking
- Lead agency to set-up and kick-off monthly brand health tracking
- Partner with brands to collection and feeding of timely campaigned data
- Develop monthly and yearly reportings with the agency.
- Develop meta learnings for yearly reports and performance, share learnins with Marketing, digital and media teams.
- Partner with cDNA product team to build and define product roadmap, e.g. incorporating 1P data
- Brands Mindshare
- Lead agency to set-up and kick-off quarterly and yearly brand mindshare analysis.
- Develop monthly and yearly reportings with the agency.
- Develop meta learnings for yearly reports and performance, share learnings with Marketing, ensure learnings are incorporated into marketing plans.
- Audience Insights
- Develop audience segmentation definitions in partnership with insights and brand teams for brands
- Partner with cDNA product team to build and define product roadmap, e.g. incorporating 1P data
