. Set-up and provide leadership/guidance to local P2P councils in Turkey and ensures site user take ownership of agreed action plans. Warns P2P council on potential KPI deviations or process bottlenecks and hot spots. Push for Tactical Buy Savings with POC support.
Supports local team in new P2P process adoption: From PO to PR, Increased Purchasing Request Anticipation, New approval & bidding process, 3 way match, Transition to GFSS
Works closely with Sector Process Owners, local and Sector Global Procurement, POC, super users and key users, BU P2P BPOs and agrees specific targets to be delivered and owns delivery within the markets
. Establish plans that drive P2P performance & optimisation in market. Ensure delivery by tracking KPI's and benefits realisation. Key KPI's include spend through system, % spend channeled to preferred suppliers, spend available for competitive bidding, % retrospective PO's, e-invoicing and 3 way matching efficiency.
Is the first market point of contact for escalations in delivery of the services and interfaces consequently with external business partners, POC, sector process owners, procurement and BIS to solve issues. Escalates to sector process owners for resolution. Ensures sector process owner P2P process changes or optimization are rolled back at point of action.
. Identify, monitor, and manage implementation of projects that will generate productivity and/or improved service levels. Drive the move to increased automation, harmonisation and consistency across markets. Participate/benchmark in European P2P network with other P2P C&O leads and myBuy Sector transformation team and external partners in GFSS and POC
Embed a continuous improvement culture that supports change by parterning with key ESSA Steering Committee leaders in the function.
Coordinate myBuy testing with POC baseline teams and BIS as necessary.
Drive the resolution of myBuy break/fix issues by working with the Sector myBuy team and BIS.
. Work with ESSA Transformation Director, baseline teams and others on communication of key project activities, impact and schedule. Also, be able to provide regular updates to POC management.
