Drive Discounter and LSM channel promotion agenda
Execute authorization matrix for promo as they arise,
Understand market dynamics and track competitiveness to drive SOM targets,
Build expertise on effectiveness and profitability of promotions, both for PepsiCo & Customer
Check Inter-channel balance pricing architecture and inform related parties for necessary actions to be taken,
Provide input for the preparation of Net Revenue Plan and ensure its execution in line with plans through TPR and fixed/variable D&A spend
Track monthly promotion calendar together with sales team
Support Forums to discuss performance and align on Course Correction initiatives,
Support strategic projects those help driving revenue realization,
Support identifying & monitoring optimal assortment mix by category & customer,
Track & regularly analyze mix trends by category/segment/sku and sub-channels so as to identify opportunities to improve the mix ahead of the game to drive profitable revenue growth,
Provide timely information to set monthly targets and give updates on progress throughout the month to deliver channel based NRR,
Monitoring/sharing campaign usage results,
Preparing net price effect of the promotions created and executed,
Preparing everyday price List and insert price list.
