QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
University Graduate, preferably Engineering.
4-7 years of experience in SC
Fluent in English and Turkish
Experience required in team management and planning.
Customer oriented. Understanding in basic Marketing, Sales, Production.

- Manage & coordinate production planning for FG in order to meet sales forecast in line with KPI's, strategies, principles. Such business volume is getting complicated & strategical due to high service to sales targets & cost restrictions; provided much more critical vs. previous years.
- Manage capacity constraints, leading pre-productions before shutdowns & maintenance & project transitions.
- Manages Master Production Planning both weekly Master Production Scheduling and high level & quarterly Rough Cut Capacity based upon finance/sales AOP and demand planning.
- Manage initiative/promotion planning, coordinate with demand/ Marketing/Sales/Revenue Management teams to arrange supply planning process for the new SKUs.
- Responsible for setting and achieving annual inventory business plan, setting safety stock levels, managing inventory tracking processes and reconciliation (i.e. actual vs. plan), and identifying/implementing inventory reduction opportunities which has high impact at cashflow
- Prepare contingency plans for the products in order not to have availability issues. Determine best applications in order to fit cost models & supply strategies. Have monthly/weekly control on defined inventory/production modeling that are strategically agreed. Work on back up plans and proposals to avoid supply issues.
- Build the BU picture on the supply network, including supply constraints management and proposing potential scenarios. Coordinate Supply Commit process between Portfolio Managers and Manufacturing Plants. Sit in the world between Commercial and Manufacturing understanding the BU requirements and the plants capabilities, creating scenarios as inputs into the iS&OP process.
- Support Turkey SC transformation roadmap to develop an agile, adaptable and aligned TR SC network.
- Support Supply projects to improve service / deliver productivity
