QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in food engineering
- 1-3 years work experience
- Very good command of English
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Good Team player
- Good Computer skills, skills to work with databases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
İŞ TANIMI
- Support implementation of new Ingredient Management System in R&D with new IT toolsUpgrade existing ingredients specification through alignment with Product Developer, Food Safety, Regulatory and Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)
- Support Product Developers on new IT tools and new ingredient approval process in line with PQP (Pepsico Quality Program) Global Standards
- Work closely with the suppliers ( request and receive documents for material qualification (certifications, declarations, test results), testing of samples
- Coordinate and follow up the commercial qualification plan preparation for existing ingredients through alignment with Regulatory, SQA, Food Safety and IQA

1 - 3 years of experience
