QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ years experience in supply chain planning, implementation and/or field supply chain experience
Fluent English & Turkish
Required background and experience in JDA software: specifically demand planning, DRP and I&O modules
Background in leading project within supply chain arena and highly appreciated planning tools implementation
Highly appreciated experience on implementing VMI solutions
Required experience managing multi-markets teams
Leadership behaviour to lead locally VMI SCP template
Project management skills
High knowledge on supply chain planning and systems
Ability to lead business change management and developing effective partnerships
Ability to facilitate the resolution of highly complex problems
This role will participate on VMI end-to-end supply chain planning implementation and lead locally all the following main accountabilities:
- Mobilization: support project governance, special focus on coordinate local stakeholders, participate on E2E SCP business readiness and support on ensuring the project has the right fundemanteals ready to implement VMI successfully.
- Build & Data integration: this role will support this phase on the following activities:
- Learn sector VMI SCP to-be design template and identify new local requirements to consider and assess with the team if they will be developed.
- Data preparation and cleaning with specific focus on history and stock set-up and DFU and SKU parameters properly configured.
- Validate data integration that will scope master files, trasntacional and customer data
- Support on defining and aligning locally the new process design and ways of working
- Testing: it is required to support the following main activities:
- Test execution, parallel run and end user test sign-off
- Training and change management: participate on the set-up of new VMI organization in charge of supply chain planning activities and new ways of working. This task will require:
- Learn all the material system and process training
- Validate roles, job descriptions and organization chart design
- Lead user training sessions
- Go-live and hypercare support post go-live
- Participate on deploying key metrics / scorecard to track VMI performance in SCP arena
- Engage the appropriate CS&L/commercial leaders and SME's locally to implemnet the Sector VMI end-to-end supply chain planning processes to ensure alignment with the ISCP - participate on the collection, understanding, documentation and translation of business requirements into business processes through personal expertise and engagement of subject matter experts across our business
