QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Tourism and Hotel Management Degree 
  • 2 years’ experience in the international hotels or high end restaurants 
  • Cashiering systems knowledge ( Micros ) 
  • Should be able to work under pressure in a customer service environment 
  • Guest focused and friendly / polite manner 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is required 
  • Ensuring polite, guest friendly welcoming and able to handle table management system with assistance of Manager helping in hands on way when needed 
  • Follow the opening / closing procedure 
  • To ensure that all service followed according to the sequence of service 
  • To ensure that all working area is kept clean following the Hygiene standards
  • To ensure food and beverage orders are delivered as per the standards of Pera Palace Hotel 
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests by maintaining positive guest relation at all times 
  • To be ready to work willingly to any assignment given.

High School(Graduate), Associate Degree(Student), Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Student), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
