Perfetti Van Melle, one of the largest multinational companies in the confectionary market, owner of leading local and global brands like Vivident, Mentos, Chupa Chups and Big Babol would like to employ Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related areas,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field Maintenance,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Good analytic skills,
• Good knowledge of instruments and methods for measuring power and heat consumption,
• Good command of MS Office and Autocad, SolidWorks Programs  
• Team player working in multinational teams
• Good command of written and verbal English,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Responsibilities;

• Troubleshoots the  malfunctions of the machineries,
• Prepares and updates maintenance instructions of the machineries,
• Manages and monitors periodical maintenance activities based on established annual maintenance plan,
• Joins the trials of the new products and ensures the necessary settings done,
• Recommends improvements for equipment or methods in order to increase the efficiency,
• Recommends improvements and  actions in order to decrease the breakdowns,
• Maintains and update an adequate spare parts inventory of systems and component parts used in repair work,
• Coordinates and develops the technical team,
• To give and provide the necessary trainings to increase the knowledge and skills of the teams under responsibility,
• To contribute to the lean systems in the factory together with the team under responsibility (5S, Kaizen, TPM),
• To lead the issues related to occupational health and safety, quality assurance and environmental policies in all areas within the factory and to ensure that the teams work in accordance with these rules,
• Establishing strong communication with the unit to which it is affiliated and with the units it is indirectly related.
