Today, Petrol Ofisi has a strong and unparalleled infrastructure in Turkey, consisting of more than 1.700 fuel stations, more than 1.400 village pumps, 9 fuel terminals, 3 LPG terminals, 20 airport refueling units, 1 lubricant factory, and approximately 1.1 million m3 of storage capacity.

 We are looking for Business Development Manager who have the following qualifications to join our team:

The purpose of this position is to respond to an important portion of given strategic targets within the directorate; and provide support to BD team in all company wide strategic business development initiatives with the target to identify, evaluate and pursue opportunities for long-term, profitable growth across business functions.
 

Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in business development A mix of experience both in and out of the energy sector is a plus Bachelor‘s Degree from a reputable university in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering or Engineering with MBA Lean 6 Sigma and PMI certification is a plus Strong drive to finalize projects and deliver output Proven track record of delivery of business development projects Proven record of financial modelling Demonstrated analytical, business planning and problem solving skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player Self driven and self motivated and the ability to manage projects in a timely manner Stakeholder management at all levels preferably in an international environment Advanced Excel and Powerpoint knowledge Fluent in English, written and spoken No military obligation for male candidates

Provide active support to Business Development & Projects Manager by: 

• Leading market research studies to identify trendsetter ideas and new business opportunities
• Preparing financial models, conducting valuation and feasibility studies in a wide array of business units (retail / supply & Logistics / commercial sales / processes etc)
• Manage BD funnel management efficiently
• Participating at due-diligence projects
• Preparation of business case presentations
• Keeping pipeline of projects up to date
• Project planning, status follow up and reporting accordingly
• Preparation and coordination of internal BD meetings
• Teaming up with other members of Strategy and Business Development Department
• Coaching direct reports to contribute in their development and loyalty
