We are looking for a Contract Optimization Specialist who has the following qualifications to join our team in our Headquarters:

• University degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering,
• A minimum of three years professional experience, ideally in the big four or financial sector,
• Excellent level of written and spoken English,
• Understanding the business operations within the organization,
• Analytical thinking skills,
• Proactive and creative with strong attention to details,
• Independent, result-oriented personality,
• Experience in database management,
• Competency in financial modeling,
• Very strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel and Powerpoint

JOB PURPOSE

Monitoring project by project investment performance targets with the actual performance , reporting the financial performance of the projects based on Contract Management / Optimisation framework and following-up contractual rights or protection clauses to ensure that accounts perform with optimum benefits as foreseen in the agreements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• To record relevant clauses effecting retail sites’ financial status of the contracts to the “Contract Optimization Database”, prepare regular and ad hoc reports when requested. 

• To conduct checks for ensuring terms and contents defined in contracts are correctly executed in the relevant systems. 

• To monitor, control and analyse of the “Retail Site EBIT Report”, coordinate with relevant teams for correction of possible errors when needed. 

• To ensure data quality by challenging accuracy of data provided. 

• To support the periodic “PIR Analysis Process” for existing investments. 

• To support Contract Optimization Manager to execute “Contract Change Process” through analyzing existing contracts and to be scenarios in accordance with Contract Optimization/Management framework, re-run proposed scenarios when needed. 

• To follow-up and execute contractual rights to increase marginal utility of agreement, through utilizing protection clauses or creating cost efficiency; calculate and report associated financial results by coordinating with Sales, Investment and Legal departments. 

• To prepare analysis and presentation reports of new investments for Investment Committee meetings. 

• To work closely with Agency Operations Management and accounting department to assure timely and accurate accounting bookings. 

• Focal point of Contract Optimization department in IT projects related to database management process. 

• Constantly monitor and improve the quality of management information systems.
