We are looking for an Investment Budget and Planning Coordinator who has the following qualifications to join ourInvestment team in our Headquarters:

• University Degree required
• Good understanding of network budget and planning
• High level of interpersonal and team working skills
• Financial knowledge
• Retail Experience
• Very well organized and strong time management
• Ability to understand changes in external and internal business environment
• Ability to prepare, monitor and review budgets
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good analytical skills
• Fluent in Turkish and English 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tracking the contracts of Petrol Ofisi network, preparing the reports and financials,
• Support the performance and controlling departments during the month-end closing period, preparing the amortization and premium accruals,
• Yearly capex budget,
• Ad-hoc reports,
• Tracking and reporting the licence numbers of the sector,
• Reporting the investment financials and KPIs such as IRR, NPV etc.
• Bridgehead to develop Capex and Premium allocation with Investment Managers.
• Preparation of investment budget plans, forecasts, and operational reports.
• Providing financial and operational feedback for the entire dealer network. 
• Reporting the monthly forecast of Capex actuals, and manage the budget vs forecast
• Organize the weekly meetings with the investment team
