The leader of the fuel and lubricant sectors in Turkey, Petrol Ofisi was founded as the first and national brand of Turkey on February 18, 1941. Petrol Ofisi traditionally maintains its titles as “the leader of fuel sector in Turkey”, “the market leader of lubricants and chemicals in Turkey”, and “one of the two biggest private companies of Turkey.” Today, Petrol Ofisi has a strong and unparalleled infrastructure in Turkey, consisting of more than 1.700 fuel stations, more than 1.400 village pumps, 9 fuel terminals, 3 LPG terminals, 20 airport refueling units, 1 lubricant factory, and approximately 1.1 million m3 of storage capacity. 

We are looking for an Investment Project Manager for our Retail Team in our Headquarters who has the following qualifications:

Responsible for the implementation of the participation strategy and regional investment plans in responsible Region. Lead, Co-ordinate and complete all negotiations for both CRs and Growth sites in-line with Petrol Ofisi Investment Framework/boundries working closely with the Sales team. Manage the Contract Management agenda in his/her region and lead negotiations to deliver defined financial targets as well as improve underperforming site delivery. Actively monitor Site works/constructions in co-ordination with the Engineering team and Fuels sales team, act as a coordinator to bring sites operational as per plans. Complete all process and paperwork/signatures for the new contracts and/or amendements in-line with the procedures and expectations.



·      Support establishment of HSSE culture amongst dealers and contractors

·      Co-ordinate all Investment related activities in his /her related geography

·      Align with the boundries of Annual investment program

·      Follow-up all Site works (contract renewals, Major Modifications, RRs) and make sure delivery of commercial targets while full alignment with the Petrol Ofisi HSSE rules and expectations,

·      Manage the administrative works of his / her responsible investment area.

·      Provide profitability analysis and prepare documentations required to get the approval on projects, (CRs, NTIs, NTPOs) following (DCF; Investment Framework; CMA).

·      Ensure compliance to HSSE policies in negotiated contracts, investment, decapitalisation and divestment programs.

·      Comply with all HSSE rules of Petrol Ofision projects, make self verification auidits to support the contractor management process.

·      Ensure compliance to all legal , tax and accounting policies  in negotiated contracts , investment , decapitalisation and divestment programs

·      Manage the budget of his/her projects and ensure that all related projects to be completed in the planned time and budget.

·      Track his/her own revex budget and act accordingly..

·      Track and support on real estate tax procedures and be in contact with tax department on that. Update the records on tax info.

·      Lead the negotiations raises from negative EBIT and underperforming sites.

·      Ensure healthy pipeline of opportunities are in the responsible area.

·      Implement activities to continually improve business performance/opex and ensure that robust weekly/monthly processes are in place across the sales teams
