QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DEMANDED FEATURES
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Economy, Business Administration, Engineering from reputable University
- Strong management & technical accumen with proven track record to successfully lead teams
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in downstream oil industry
- Audit, Finance background is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully defining business strategies & leading complex strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong drive with ability to self organise
- Proven track record of delivery through others in international environment
- Fluent in English
- Contribute defining logistics contracting strategy, negotiations and management of all contracts with logistics service providers in POAS
- Contribute defining & implementing logistics & infrastructure strategy (vessels, barge, RTC and road) for POAS
- Contribute defining and managing logistics standards, competencies and know-how for Downstream and act as a centre of excellence for logistic optimization, logistics operations, tender & contract management & 3rd party stock management
- Responsible for POAS Logistics operational KPIs reporting
- Ensure coordination of all relevant Logistics topics & projects; upon delegation manage individual logistics projects
- Ensuring a continuous improvement process for all logistics areas by:
- Autonomous development and implementation of logistics concepts for POAS
- Standardization and optimization of all logistics processes
- Building up, developing & maintaining of performance measurement structures and models of assessments (qualitative and quantitative)

İŞ TANIMI

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Logistics
· Analyze relevant Logistics data & advise new ideas/improvements for implementing POAS Logistics strategy
· Provide input for LE Manager to conduct complex negotiations and contracting of logistics services to achieve competitive logistics cost for all modes of transport / tender processes
· Provide data & analysis for LE MAnager to manage complex and multinational logistics projects ensuring cost and project schedule
· Establish internal and external logistics benchmarks (quantitative and qualitative)
Budget & Strategy
· Contribute POAS logistics strategy definition, as well as manage defined strategy implementation
· Responsible for Logistic budget reporting for all OPEX, CAPEX & COGS related items
· Develop and provide KPI's & relevant reports for POAS Logistics team
· Accountable for maintaining all Logistics databases
