GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

The leader of the fuel and lubricant sectors in Turkey, Petrol Ofisi was founded as the first and national brand of Turkey on February 18, 1941. Petrol Ofisi traditionally maintains its titles as “the leader of fuel sector in Turkey”, “the market leader of lubricants and chemicals in Turkey”, and “one of the two biggest private companies of Turkey.” Today, Petrol Ofisi has a strong and unparalleled infrastructure in Turkey, consisting of more than 1.700 fuel stations, more than 1.400 village pumps, 9 fuel terminals, 3 LPG terminals, 20 airport refueling units, 1 lubricant factory, and approximately 1.1 million m3 of storage capacity. 

We are looking for a Loyalty Program Coordinator who has the following qualifications to join ourMarketing team in our Headquarters:


  • University degree (in related fields such as Marketing, Business etc.)
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital product management (mobile applications) and CRM fields. Technology background is a very strong asset.
  • Ability to think analytically and commercially. ROI perspective and performance focus are must have’s of the position. 
  • Exceptionally strong project management skills to drive projects with multiple parties in tight deadlines effectively and to juggle multiple projects quickly
  • Super energetic positive attitude and a hearty appetite for growth 
  • A great team player

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


- The Loyalty Program Coordinator will be responsible of design, development and maintenance of the loyalty program. The main responsibilities are :

  • design & implementation of the loyalty program roadmap, 
  • design & development of the mobile app (the main communication channel of loyalty program) 
  • integration with 3rd party loyalty programs that Petrol Ofsi is collaborating 
  • designing the customer experience in all channels ( app, web, gas stations…) in order to maximize customer acquisition, engagement and retention to hit the KPI’s. 
  • deployment of the loyalty program for both consumers and dealers,
  • design and deployment of personalized campaigns, driving 3rd party agencies in order to maximize the loyalty program usage among Petrol Ofisi Customers

- The Loyalty Program Coordinator will be accountable for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for the program and overall sales contribution of the loyalty program as part of the overall business.

- This role is highly collaborative and cross functional, with dependencies on other members of Information Technologies, Brand & Communication, Research, Trade Marketing and Sales teams and leads initiatives through 3rd party partners and agencies

- Watches closely global and local technologic trends 

- Core responsible person to prepare presentations for all meetings, including senior top level meeting preparation requests on Loyalty Program strategy and plans.
