GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

The leader of the fuel and lubricant sectors in Turkey, Petrol Ofisi was founded as the first and national brand of Turkey on February 18, 1941. Petrol Ofisi traditionally maintains its titles as “the leader of fuel sector in Turkey”, “the market leader of lubricants and chemicals in Turkey”, and “one of the two biggest private companies of Turkey.” Today, Petrol Ofisi has a strong and unparalleled infrastructure in Turkey, consisting of more than 1.700 fuel stations, more than 1.400 village pumps, 9 fuel terminals, 3 LPG terminals, 20 airport refueling units, 1 lubricant factory, and approximately 1.1 million m3 of storage capacity.


We are looking for a Terminal Manager who has the following qualifications to join our team in all locations:


• 4 years university degree Mechanical, Industrial, Petroleum or Chemical Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum 5 years experience in positions related to supply, transportation, storage of fuel products and/or build the systems and infrastructures
• Excellent in MS Office (Word,Excel,Power point) applications
• Knowledge of Oracle and other management information systems
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Problem-solving and effective use of decision-making tools
• Result orientation skills
• Capability to take initiative, ability to work under time pressure, analytical thinking skills
• Ability to develop cooperation in the company, negotiation skills, assertiveness
• Resources and performance management
• Ability to design and launch systems and processes
• Defining and developing business standards
• Ability to predict implementation risks and take measures
• Staff development & motivating skills, Leadership experience
• High ability to manage conflicts and to balance different expectations
• Readiness to travel

SUMMARY


To provide continous operation, standardize operational quality, minimize product losses, reduce operational costs, increase operational efficiency, organize and run the processes required by Laws and Legislations, organize all kind of neceessary trainings for the employee at Terminal in accordance with Laws, Legislations and accepted Health, Safety and Envionment standarts. 


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


Terminal Operations and Investments plan:

• Manage Terminal operations, as well as relation with 3rd Parties
• Manage implementation of the investments planned for Terminal
• Manage performance of Terminal; define and follow-up KPIs
• Check and reorganize, if necessary, the work-flow regarding the fuel supplied during the process from product entrance to terminal until delivery to customers and dealers
• Follow-up and implement all legal legislation and tehnical standards for terminal operations
• Establish and maintain systems at Terminal such as Fuel Quality Assurance System, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 etc. and improve processes
• Assure fully compliance to PTW/LOTO procedures by means of performing HSSE audits
• Coordinate the cross-functional relations at Terminal
• Manage the resources and improve the overall performance of the Terminal
• Follow-up and organize all kinds of training needs of employees;Conduct periodic audits regarding National Marker Operations and follow corrective actions
• Provide the uniformity of National Marker applications at Terminal and do not let any noncompliance
• Prepare and implement National Marker Surveillance and Sample Analysis and miscellaneous service purchasing contracts
• Follow the regulations concerning fuel products, fuel quality, follow-up the communiqués, regulations and laws regarding fuel products of authorities such as EMRA, Customs, TSE (Turkish Standards Institituion) and the Ministry of Environment, and ensure implementation of such legislation at Terminal. Fulfill all compliance requirement for relevant law and regulations
• Organize all quality record and process according to Industry Standards, Regulation and PO Procedures.
• Manage enginerring and maintenance activities at Terminal
• Coordinate with all related departments to get all permits and licenses for the operations and fulfill all compliance requirements 


Budget & Strategy: 


• Manage defined strategy implementation
• Responsible for Terminal budget definition and monitoring


Leadership& People development: 


• Build further organisational capacity through recruitment, coaching and development of Terminal‘ staff 

• Motivate team and lead them through time of change
• Play active role in POAS Terminal Organization
