About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Key Account Executive to make a difference at Peyman. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into National Accounts Manager.
JOB PURPOSE:
The purpose of the role is
- to manage/support C&C and Developing Channel (e-commerce, perfumery, coffee shop chains) customers by ensuring strategic partnership and excellence in execution that would influence consistent growth and business results.
- to find and create new channels in order to penetrate to the new evolving alternative channels
In brief, you will be responsible for;
• Prepare effective customer plans: Responsible for making and follow annual agreements of related customers (C&C and Developing Channels) in accordance with company goals, and ensure efficiency. Responsible for Sales, Trade Spent, Gross Margin, Freshness, Market Share achievement in his/her account Identify and mitigate risks, where necessary
• Find and create new channels
• Having the negotiations and making the deals with customers
• Identify new customers' investment requirements & development plans
• Develop a full year activity calendar & bottom-up SKU forecast for his/her customers and participate in S&OP meetings to ensure forecast alignment every period.
• Guide and support Distributor’s 3rd party sales reps to ensure excellence in execution.
• Ensure that all accounts are well managed by creating more structured and visible customer management approach through scorecards & dashboards
• Ensure distributors/regional distributor to execute Peyman marketing and trade marketing guidelines
• Plan regular field and customer visits to drive continuous development in field management.
• Capture & defend hot spots to maximize local channel sell-out.
• Work closely with merchandising team in order to ensure in-store execution (availability, shelf execution, freshness, secondary placement performance)
Qualifications
Hard Skills
• Bachelor and/or Master Degree;
• Experience more than 4 years in Customer Management, Account Management at Alternative Channels.
• Understands all sales functions i.e. Finance, Supply, Customer, Field
• Has demonstrated success in delivering targets
• A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
• A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel
• Open minded, visionary, high sense of new business opportunities and project management capability
