Sales Finance Executive

We are looking for Sales Finance Executive with the following qualifications to join our Finance department located in our headquarter İstanbul.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Business Engineering or Industrial engineering or related field
• Working knowledge of how an income statement and balance sheet works
• 4-5 years FMCG experience, preferably in Finance & Strategy departments,
• A strong team player.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Skill set to handle, compile, evaluate large sums of data
• Excellent command of excel and powerpoint
• High analytical skills
• SAP knowledge is an asset,
• Ability to design/ perform complex analyses and extract insights from data and translate that into clear, actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively with sales organization to drive profitibility and deliver annual goals
• Analyzing, benchmarking, deep diving into distribution mechanics and costs to increase efficiency and decrease costs
• Conducting customer, channel, geography based sales and profitibility analysis
• Delivering regular and ad-hoc actionable financial and commercial insight to support stakeholders (i.e sales, marketing, financial planning)
• Conducting ad hoc feasibility work and analysis
• Preparing in preparition of the Monthly Customer P&L and Budget vs. Actual comparison analysis.
• Conducting customer, product, channel, geography based sales and profitability analysis
• Analyzing plausibility of Sales & Marketing projections.
• Strategic Business Partner to Sales Team closely colloborates with other functional heads.
• Creation and timely submisson of Reporting & Business Review ad-hoc reports.
• The position will be reporting to: Financial Strategy & Business Development Manager
