Qualifications     

•       Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field,
•       Min. 2-3 years FMCG experience, preferably in Finance & Strategy departments,
•      A strong team player,
•      Exceptional and accurate analytical skills,
•       Strong written, verbal communication skills in English,
•      Advanced level of Excel knowledge to work with complex dataset in detail,
•       Proactive, self-motivated and result oriented with a hands-on approach,    SAP knowledge is an asset,
•       SAP knowledge is an asset,
•       Ability to design/ perform complex analyses and extract insights from data and translate that into clear, actionable recommendations

   Responsibilities

•      Working collaboratively with Domestic & Export Sales team and Marketing organization to drive profitability and deliver annual goals.
•       Validate each opportunity to measure the potential of increase of Sales and Margin.
•       Build and develop Domestic & Export Pricing strategies according to company’s RGM strategy.
•       Delivering regular and ad-hoc actionable financial and commercial insight to support stakeholders (i.e Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Financial Planning)
•       Interpreting results of profitability analysis and guiding sales team in order to take more accurate actions in the field.
•       Conducting feasibility work for sales promotions precampaign and analyzing post campaign profitability
•       Conducting demand and price elasticity analysis before new product launches and per pack price/grammage changes.
•       Following market trends, creating competitive strategies with analyzing competitors’ and consumers’ behavior.
•        Research and present industry dynamics (markets, competitors, customers, etc.) within the related country.
•        Assist strategy development process, and ensure that the strategy is translated into operational priorities, KPIs, goals and initiatives and cascaded within the organization,
•       Perform ad-hoc analyses and generate reports/ presentations for executive.
•       Develop metrics for effective business performance management.
