• Pfizer Essential Health Europe is running customer centric transformation that aims to change the commercial model with strong customer orientation and by utilizing multichannel and digital tools. PEH Turkey is one of the pioneers in Europe, leading initiatives on mobile strategies, field force inclusion and business connectivity.
• MCC Project Manager will join the customer centric transformation team and will hold the management of various multichannel projects. Leading the expansion of mobile application and PfizerPro Portal 3.0 launch will be the major responsibility area. Position owner will be expected to collaborate with local business units and functions and with regional work-streams to ensure strong alignment. Position owner will be accountable for day-to-day operations of content delivery into channels.
• MCC Project Manager will ensure seamless alignment on online & offline channels and enhance thetraceability of customers via omnichannel data integration & unification. Excel Pfizer’s customer monitoring capabilities and lead Customer 360 Dashboard & Next Best Action Advisory Tool projects.
• MCC Project Manager will also be the orchestrator for preparing digital go-to-market strategies heavilybased on alternative channels promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion of mobile application of Pfizer Essential Health. Plan offline and online promotion phases and ensure application download & engagement rates are increasing steadily.
• Execute content delivery operations, approval of non-branded contents and integration with Pfizer systems.
• Expand e-permission and portal registration rates using Adwords, Social Media Promotions and SEOand ensure retention of active customers at digital channels.
• Ensure strong external orientation and bring inputs from outside Pfizer to MCC Team.
• Work with multifunctional and international project teams in close collaboration.
• Works closely with local functions: business technologies, multichannel marketing and PEH businessunits. Ensure seamless alignment on multichannel communication operations.
• Develop and implement customer based KPIs to track digital engagement and brand connectivity.
• Collaborate with PEH team and contribute for customer centric business model transformation by leveraging learnings from customers and tools.
• Generate and document know-how for digital marketing capabilities.
• Conduct site visits, KOL interviews and collaborate with associations/organization leaders to penetratetarget customer segments.
