QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic Commercial Operations Division Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to all functions under StratCO in terms of Purchase orders, material purchases, payment and invoice follow-ups, travel and visa arrangements, vendor creations, assist with meeting scheduling and related tasks.
- BA/BS degree required
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Experience/ability to work in a matrix organization..
- Demonstrable experience in customer relationship management.
- Desire to continuously upskill and develop oneself.
- Flexibility, team work and a collaborative mind set are essential.
- Passion for excitement, change and innovation.
- Good oral and written communication skills in Turkish and English.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Good command of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

- Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks within the same timeframe.

İŞ TANIMI
You will be expected to:
- Support material and service supply
- Submit Purchase Orders, track the payments and the invoice circulation, work with the account payable department concerning the payments
- Be responsible for vendor creation processes, manage 3rd party contracts, work with the procurement department and the vendors.
- Maintain outlook calenders, assist with meeting scheduling, conference room reservations, teleconference set-up and associated meeting logistics for meetings.
- Coordinate travel and visa arrangements
- Support Functions in terms of data entry and other assigned functional tasks.
