QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or other majors, preferably with an MBA degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad
  • Fluency in English and Turkish
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Experience in managing distribution of products and market stock levels
  • Having strong communication skills
  • Track record of working collaboratively with others across functions
  • Experience in interacting with external customers & stakeholders and acting upon customer insights.

Trade Relations Specialist and Campaign Coordinator (Contractor) will have responsibilities below:
  • Responsible for the coordination of Pfizer Turkey's order to cash activities.
  • Works closely with Finance, Logistics, Planning and Trade Key Account Managers.
  • Manages the monthly opening and closing processes by working closely with all BU’s.
  • Leads the execution of Sales and Distribution Monitoring System project. Works closely with software vendor and ensures timely integration of modules. Designs analytical models for trend data monitoring. Ensures that the system modules work effectively and initiates necessary changes.
  • Responsible for the internal reporting of accounting period financials and monthly wholesaler inventory levels.
  • Provides heads-up sales information to Business Unit Directors.
  • Supports business units and production planning functions to ensure effective demand planning process.
  • Executes sales operations for controlled products. Ensures precise distribution across wholesalers via strong analytical modelling.
  • Initiates continuous improvement projects for trade operations.
  • Responsible for development and coordination of trade campaigns as well as optimization of free good campaigns and volume discount agreements.
  • Monitors and analyzes market data in order to create a basis for innovative trade campaign designs & setting of goals.
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams on trade campaign projects; actively seeks and share best practices.
  • Responsible for SAP and Pfizer Pre-Entry Tool systems related to Trade Relations Department, ensuring that necessary changes are made.
  • Achieve recruitment metrics against Global T/A targets.
