For the further development of our Finance Department in our factory in Izmir, we are looking for “Budget and Controlling Associate” having following qualifications;

Görev Tanımı

• Assisting controlling the company’s resources and maximizing efficiencies,
• Preparation of the Annual Budget and Rolling Forecasts
• Preparing variance analysis including the budget and actual
• Provide a support service by working with all departments and the management team to help make relevant and timely financial decisions as a business partner to operational functions,
• Assisting to generate and control business plans and budgets, preparing and monitoring various projects,
• Ad hoc – other duties and responsibilities as requested from Finance Director
• Preparing various periodical reports,

Gerekli Nitelikler

• University Degree from Bachelor of Business and/or Economics,
• Minimum 3 years experience in financial controlling (preparing & managing budgets) is strongly preferred
• Experience in manufacturing industry will be highly desirable,
• CPA qualification will be an advantage
• Experience in IFRS
• Experience in SAP (CO&FI) will be an advantage
• Advanced level of knowledge on MS office programs and reporting tools
• Analytical thinking, target and result oriented, team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• English language proficiency,
