We are looking to actively shape the future at our location in Izmir, in Industrialization Department having the following qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS

• BS or MSc degree from the relevant departments of universities
• Minimum 5 year experiences in related department,
• Proficient knowledge of English, can work and communicate in international and multifunctional teams
• Technical understanding of products, product structures, processes, procedures and materials
• Transfer of work, industrialization of new product background is needed
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office,
• Basic knowledge of project management,
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Result oriented, good communication skills, well-organized, good in crisis management,
• Researcher, analytical thinking, good time management
• Being able to live in İzmir,
• Able to travel when needed

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Taking a bridge role between Project management teams and technical teams
• Coordination of industrialization activities for new projects and ToW
• Managing and reporting process and product trials
• Organizing internal technical review meetings to track the status and follow actions
• Creation of regular status reports
• Creation of detailed technical schedules for related projects
• Controlling and following technical master data creations, tooling release plans for securing Project schedule
• Leading Change/Configuration Management implementation and related activities
• Supporting APQP processes for new projects/products
