We are looking to actively shape the future at our location in Izmir, in Industrialization Department having the following qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduated from Mechatronic Engineer,  Electrical and Electronic Engineer , Mechanical Engineering departments,

- Good command of English,

- Prone to teamwork, result-oriented, analytical thinker,

- Will be able to be positive, we can do attitude

- Knowledge of subcontractor management

- At least 3 years of maintenance and repair experience,

- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics,

- Will be able to adapt to flexible working hours,

- Completed his military service for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- To lead installation of machine, construction, compressor and air conditioning systems

- Preparing feasibility studies for construction, machine and equipment

- To plan all maintenance and repair work and ensure that it is carried out on time and in accordance with procedures.

- To prevent breakdowns by ensuring the reliable operation of all equipment in the facility.

- To ensure the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance work to ensure more reliable operation of machinery and equipment and to minimize production emergency downtime and reduce maintenance costs by developing new ideas.

- Organize layout changing in shopfloor with maintenance team

- To determine the trainings that the maintenance and repair team needs in order to do their job more efficiently, to organize on-the-job trainings and to ensure their completion.

- To ensure that the requirements of procedures, instructions and other documents related to maintenance within all management systems such as ISO 9100, to update the procedures, to plan corrective actions, to fulfill them on time, to prepare documents, to give approval, to make risk analyzes, to ensure communication within the team.
