Warehouse Shift Leader

We are looking for a Warehouse Shift Leader to be employed in Torbali Factory, İzmir. 

The incumbent of this position will:

Control and make proper receipt of tobacco and non-tobacco materials, cut-filler, tobacco, dust, and finished goods into proper warehouses / locations and by systems (SAP and Warehouse Management System)
Plan and coordinate the delivery of materials both from local vendors, from port to warehouse and from external warehouses in coordination with customs agent, logistics and purchasing in order to eliminate the demurrage fee while maximizing the material availability in warehouse in order not to face “out of stock” situation.
Control and make all incoming materials checks and controls according to warehouse quality control checklist parameters, and report all non- conformities and take the required corrective actions.
Plan the requirement of externally stored goods via controlling the production plan and primary/secondary reservations and in-house buffer stocks.
Prepare the plan and follow up the execution of the inland transportation activities by determining the number of trucks for each commodity.
Make the call-offs from SAP / warehouse management system, and complete necessary transactions
Organize the domestic finished good shipments from factory warehouse to external warehouse.
Coordinate the management of external finished good warehouse, transfers of the finished goods to PMSA (domestic sales company) in line with their orders.
Control and execute the multi pallet operation with PMSA and outsourced service provider.
Organize timely batch preparation by obeying blend integrity in warehouse and deliver to primary to ensure production continuity by supplying daily / timely orders on time while ensuring all batch preparations are finalized as requested.
Organize timely non-tobacco materials reservation preparations in warehouse and deliver to each factory's secondary to ensure production continuity by supplying daily / timely orders on time while ensuring all reservation preparations are finalized as requested.
Ensure that warehousing and palletizing services provided by outsourced companies are in line with their service level agreements, legal requirements as well as Philsa warehouse and palletizing operation standards and cleaning procedures.
Continuously monitor the performance to obtain the best level of service.

Candidates should have / be:

A university degree in engineering , economics or business administration
2+ years of working experience in logistics
Working experience in stakeholder management is an asset
Good command of English
Very good command of MS Office applications
