Junior Product Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Junior Product Manager to join our Propia Marketing Team located in İstanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Actively supports developing the brand strategy, local brand plan and the comprehensive activation plan.

·        Execute annual marketing and business plans and work with the Brand Manager for forecasting and inventory.

·        Track and report marketing budgets closely.

·        Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

·        Assist in the development of seasonal product launch plans and promotional strategies.

·        Collaborate with social media, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and creative agencies.

·        Support cross-functional teams with marketing requests and interact efficiently with other departments.

·        Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer insights that inform marketing strategies.

·        Monitor competitor activities and provide recommendations to stay ahead of the competition.

·        Monitor and analyze market data and sales figures for the brand and competitors.

·        Manage the Influencer marketing process.

·        Support and carry out e-commerce business and regularly monitor marketplace panels.

·        Manage inventory on marketplaces, brand websites, and all other channels.

·        Prepare weekly/monthly reports and presentations according to data.

·        Manage social media account plans.

    QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years of full-time work experience in marketing, brand development, and execution (preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry).

·        Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline.

·        Proficiency in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

·        Creativity, multitasking ability, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Ability to analyze numerical data, set vision of strategy and drive business results.

·        Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

·        Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, e-mail marketing, and paid advertising.

·        Experience with influencer marketing, including identifying and collaborating with content creators.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

·        Passion for the cosmetics and beauty industry, with a keen eye for emerging trends and opportunities.

·        Excellent command of both written and spoken English. (French is a plus)
