Accounting and Finance Specialist

We are looking for job candidates as an accounting and finance responsible to our sensor production factory located in Gebze Güzeller Industrial Area.

Job Description:

* Comprehensive know how about book-keeping,

* Comprehensive monthly reporting about administrative, financial and accounting processes,

* Preparing annual budget, comparing nominal/actual budget continuously and controlling cost & expenses,

* ERP (Logo Tiger 3 Enterprise) project organization, implementation and continuation,

* Preparing financial plan and updating periodically,

* Being familiar with cost accounting in a manufacturing company and performing cost calculation evaluations of semi-finished and finished products,

* Establishing pre-calculation of cost units into the ERP (Logo Tiger 3 Enterprise) system,

* Collecting data and supplying their analysis to make corporate decisions,

* General administration work (performing internal accounting applications such as cash book etc.),

* Being familiar with purchasing, planning and logistics processes, 

* Supporting HR processes and preparing employee's personnel file.

General Requirements:

* Bachelor degree or above, major in finance is priority,

* Excellent in both spoken and written English or German,

* 2-10 years experience on financial management in a manufacturing industry,

* Advanced skills on organization processes including ERP

* Being adapted for intense work pressure and having strong personality while making corporate decisions

* Good communication, coordination ability and team cooperation spirit.
