QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Pierre Fabre is the 2nd largest dermo-cosmetics laboratory in the world and the 2nd largest private French pharmaceutical group. Pierre Fabre, which has always been based in the southern France, has subsidiaries in 47 countries and distribution agreements in over 132 countries.

Pierre Fabre Laboratories employs some 11,000 people worldwide. The company's products represent a continuum ranging from prescription drugs, dermo-cosmetics, to consumer health care (family health care, oral care and natural health). Every year, the company dedicates almost %20 of the gorup revenues to R&D, shared between oncology, dermatology, the central nervous system, consumer health care and dermo-cosmetics.


We are looking for a "Product Manager"  who will be responsible for Ducray and Pierre Fabre Demotologie brands managing to the growth of brands on market by concerning innovation and costs/quality related projects.


Responsibilities

  • Develops local brand plans in alignment with global brand strategies
  • Takes accountability for the execution of the marketing plan activities/ programmes
  • Strong analytical skills; accountable for the planning, spending and controlling the promotional budgets
  • Accountable for regular forecast updates and financial analysis
  • Continuously evaluates market dynamics, brand image, promotional tools, customer needs to enable strategic decision making
  • Leads multi-stakeholder approach in marketing activities; manages KOL’s, Professional Doctor Associations, pharmacies, patient groups, consumer groups, agencies
  • Works in close contact with global brand teams
  • Develops and prepares digital strategy of the brand in alignment with global programs
  • Enables and contributes in ‘brand team’ spirit by working closely with medical, trade and other sales related support functions
  • Generates point of sale solutions for the brand
  • Be on the field with the teams and customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy, Chemistry or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industries; dermo cosmetics, cosmetics, health / OTC / hair and body care related consumer goods
  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media is a plus • Good team player, positive, energetic, good communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical, enjoys financials and budgeting • Strategic minded, good planner and has strong commercial sense
  • Being open for innovative and creative approach is essential • Multi task oriented, curious for customer insights and experienced in KOL management
  • Fluent in English; both written and oral
  • Knowledge of French is preferable and a big asset
  • Advanced in computer skills
  • No restriction for travelling
  • No military obligation for male candidates
