Oncology Product Manager

The company's products represent a continuum ranging from prescription drugs, dermo-cosmetics, to consumer health care (family health care, oral care and natural health). Every year, the company dedicates almost %20 of the gorup revenues to R&D, shared between oncology, dermatology, the central nervous system, consumer health care and dermo-cosmetics.

We are looking for a "Product Manager" who will be responsible for Ongology Line products in pharma division;

Responsibilities

• Strong analytical skills; accountable for the planning, spending and controlling the budgets agreed for own areas of responsibility, developing regular forecast updates to aid financial planning
• Anticipates and defines marketing strategies
• Develops brand plans in alignment with global and local brand strategies
• Implements brand strategies and activity plans with the effective use of defined P&L budget to achieve annual marketing and sales objectives
• Continuously evaluates market dynamics, customer needs to enable strategic decision making • Allocates marketing budget in terms of promotional materials, samples, advertising, regional / national meetings, congress sponsorships etc.
• Manages KOL’s and Professional Doctor Association relationships
• Visits target doctor audience with the sales team to monitor detailing quality and market dynamics
• Develops communication strategy and supports promotion materials,; strongly reflecting customer needs and takes sales force feedback into consideration, also manages advertising agencies for marketing materials
• Enables and contributes in ‘brand team’ spirit by working closely with medical and sales functions
• Develops, implements and updates product training to sales force on an ongoing basis
• Defines and leads innovation needs, develops and keeps innovation led projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Business Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Oncology experience is a very big plus
• 3+ years of product management experience with the commercial and managerial competencies; Strategic and Operational Business / Marketing Planning
• Strong in data analysis, interpretation and communications
• Good team player, strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical, financial and budgeting skills & experience
• Strategic thinking and planning
• Multi task oriented with strong KOL management
• Fluent in English; both written and oral
• Knowledge of French is preferable and a big asset
• Advanced in computer skills
• No restriction for travelling
