Quality Assurance Engineer

• The candidate must have successfully completed 4 years of degree in engineering or equivalent.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working to implement the company's quality policy and quality goals

• Execution of FMEAs and processing of complaints with 8D reports

• Participation in the preparation and implementation of plant quality ISO IATF-16949, VDA 6.3 audits

• Reporting on area-dependent Quality key figures and statistics such as rejects or rework

• Initiation and monitoring of suggestions for improvement

• Continuously reduce down streams, waste & rework

• Support, advice, and training of all employees on quality issues

PROFILE

• Knowledge of the relevant quality standards and instruments such as ISO IATF -16949 and VDA 6.3(PPAP, SPC, Ishikawa,5W, Control Plans Etc.)

• Experience with analysis techniques such as FMEA and complaint processing with 8D reports

• Fluency in English because of international customers, is a must

• Mastery of common MS Office applications, experience with the use of an ERP system
