THE PERSON

· Bachelor Degree (Mechanical Engineering and related disciplines)

· Upper Intermediate (B2) level of English (Written / Spoken)

· Sales experience is preferred

· 3 years experience in a Project Environment.( Especially Ford or Toyota disciplines)

· Highly proactive, effective at following tasks up, highly planned and organized

· Problem solver, solution oriented

· Can work with diversified cultures, people coming from different background and nationalities

· Active driver, willing to travel

· No military obligation

· Development engineering vision

· Self-disciplined and self-starter

THE ROLE

· Conducts the feasibility analysis (capacity, cost, pricing, profitability) of the projects assigned by the Project Manager.

· Starts the approved projects and run them according to the acceptance criteria and the project plan.

· Informs the project stakeholders (internal & external) and coordinate the project task completion according to the project plan time table.

· Helps with the coordination of the quality & production teams on site.

· Creates and manages the project documentation process.

· Conducts product trials on production site according to the project plan, informs the related parties of the outcomes, take relevant actions and follow up.

· Coordinates the APQP team and manages the PPAP process.
