EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

·        Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering (Master’s degree is preferred),

·        Several years’ (3+) relevant work experience, preferably in product development department,

·        Technical background with a fundamental understanding of metallurgy and preferably having knowledge of casting standards and requirements

·        Basic knowledge of manufacturing and machining technologies of steel casting products,

·        Computer proficiency,

·        Quality orientation and high attention to details,

·        Well structured, organized, efficient and accurate working method with a problem-solving mindset

·        Completion of military service for male candidates,

·        Good communication skills,

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions in English,

·        Team player skills and self –motivation.

Primary Responsibilities:

·        Controlling order files for new products and supporting quotation process by examining inquiries when necessary.

·        Organizing the control of existing projects and cross-check of them.

·        Analyzing the technical specification and the other costumer demands.

·        Organizing and moderating the kick – off meeting of the new project.

·        Preparing the work order of the new projects with using ERP program (Bilişim ERP) according to costumer demands.

·        Reporting of the critical performance criteria.
