QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments, Industrial Engineering is an asset
• At least 2 years of experience in Export and Customs management, automotive sector experience is plus
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP)
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English    
• Ability to manage relationships with sales team
• Self-motivated  
• Military obligation should be completed/exempt for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

The qualified personnel will be a part of the Logistic Team in Kocaeli office and will execute all export and customs activities, analyzing the growth and development of the various channels through: 

• Providing continuous feedback on product exchange, delivery times, and availability to support the Marketing and Sales departments
• Making information sharing and stock analysis with Central Logistics and Local Marketing, preparing and reporting periodic reports on availability
• Effective Order Management: Ensuring that sales orders created by Central Network and Marketing are given to delivery after stock matching
• Ensuring flow of transport for finished product delivery by interacting with BU network planners and the local Logistics Department
• Promoting the synergy and productivity opportunities between different business unites (warehouse and transporter)
• Ensuring the exactness of work flow in order to make planned deliveries take place in a timely manner
• Ensuring that the export transactions are in compliance with the Customs Legislation, managing relations with local organizations such as customs and export associations, fulfilling responsibilities
• Maintaining relations with international shipping suppliers to follow up and manage local activities, being keep in touch with 3PL locally in order to follow up export activities: monitoring performance levels, confirming that the KPIs accepted in the agreements and the terms defined in the sector are fulfilled
• Ensuring implementation of development projects encouraged in local and sectorial areas
