• University degree in Engineering
• At least 1-2 years of experience in unionized manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Will be able to work in 3 shift system
• Has knowledge about quality tools
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Quick learner, team player, innovative and open minded
• Good command of English
• Advanced reporting and Microsoft Office Skills
• Military service should be completed / exempt for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Map, monitor and keep under control the quality level of the manufacturing processes and productsregarding his/her area of responsibility (semi-finished products, building, curing and finishing)
• Carry out gap analysis and define the needed improvements addressing proper actions
• Act to reduce waste by studying and promoting continuous improvement solutions.
• Spread around the best practices with the involvement of relevant Central Technical functions and Quality Departments.
• Having direct responsible from finished product area process management (machines, supervising operators, process flow, all related operations) during the shifts.
• Reporting shift activities, problems, defects, production, quality numbers, operator situations etc. with using quality tools.
• Following shipment and clip index priorities for the product consignment to warehouse during the shift.
• Follow-up internal quality actions, R&D prototype operations during the shift.
• Performing on process and quality improvement projects.
• Coordinate control of process parameters, quality records, checklists
