QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Mediterra Capital, which the leading private equity firm focusing on the mid-market and SME sector in Turkey, made investment to Pizza Pizza by August 2018 and right now Pizza Pizza is looking for a System Support Specialist, located in Istanbul Office, that will make contribution to its growing and dynamic organization. 

 Qualifications 

  • BA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field.
  • Two years of system help desk experience.
  • Experience with troubleshooting computer software and hardware issues. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, PC applications/drivers, Google Apps and Apple OS/iOS. 
  • Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office 365: predominantly Outlook. 
  • Knowledge of WiFi’s, routers and managed switches.
  • Experience with mobile device management systems.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Experience with MSSQL is a plus.
  • Experience with data entry is a plus. 
  • Experiences using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner.
  • Organization skills with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
  • Understanding of business practices and dynamics that entail high level of confidentiality.

 Job Description 

  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. 
  • Talk staff or Franchisees through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues. 
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software fault.
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues. 
  • Provide guidance and technical support to the Helpdesk team to improve technical knowledge and facilitate effective performance of the team.
  • Monitor and report on system failures, trends, capacity, and performance to ensure issues are identified and resolution plans are developed.
  • Maintain and resolve end user network and telephone connectivity by configuring communications equipment.
