For the successful candidates, we will be looking for the following skills, experiences, and qualities;

• Willing to build a career on Financial Information Systems Consultancy.
• Having a degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or similar from a reputable university.
• Have taken basic education on Financial and Managerial Accounting, and preferably also Cost Accounting. Preferably knowledgeable in Financial Modelling.
• Highly experienced on MS Office applications, especially being very competent on Excel.
• Fluent in English and Turkish language
• Preferably experienced in at least one of Planning, Budgeting, Group Financial Consolidation and Reporting.
• Preferably experienced in budget planning and forecasting or business intelligence software tools, ideally IBM Cognos TM1 and IBM Cognos BI
• Preferably having knowledge and skills on OLAP tools, dimensional and relational modelling techniques.
• Having proven and exceptional track record of analytical capabilites in educational background.
• Having the maximum self-confidence on analytical and problem solving skills and willing to make it an important part of his/her daily job.
• Clear, logical, and effective verbal/written communication skills. 
• Eager to learn, and willing to take responsibility.  A good team player, but also can do good work independently.
• Takes ownership of problems and develops sound solutions. 
• For male candidates, no military service requirement for the next 2 years.

The successful candidate will join our niche consultancy team that provides professional services and solutions to our clients in the areas of Financial and Operational Performance Management. The role involves building budgeting forecasting, group financial consolidation and reporting, cost allocations and other business analytics solutions to the needs of our prestigious corporate clients both from Turkey and abroad.
