Production Engineer

Qualifications

·Bachelor's degree from engineering department (preferably mechanical, automotive and industrial engineering)

·At least 5 years of experience in automotive industry (preferably 2 years of experience in WCM WO Pillar activities)

·Self-motivated and having a positive attitude

·Good communicator, dynamic and goal oriented

·Strong planning and analytical skills

·Preferably, knowledge and usage on injection technologies and processes

·Proficiency in WCM and lean production methodologies

·Excellent command of both written and spoken English (Italian is an asset)

·Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs and production related programs

·No military obligation for male candidates

·Is able to live in İnegöl or Bursa

Job Description

The successful candidate will do;

·Day to day working accountability for execution of the plant functionality, ensuring a safety first culture, having responsibility for quality, timely delivery to meet customer service delivery dates

·Support the head of department to achieve objectives of the team & company

·Follow daily activities of manufacturing department

·Monitor and manage the people efficiency, continuous improvement, process and product

·Manage all injection processes

·Involve application of WCM WO (Workplace Organization) Pillar activities, methodology and tools related to development phase of production

·Conducting key performance indicators tracking of WO Pillar within the framework of the targets and root maps

·Recognizes training requirements throughout the department to ensure employees are satisfactorily trained, competent to function correctly and safely in their duties

·Applying related engineering standards and leading IATF 16949 and FMEA activities effectively to eliminate safety, efficiency, quality, delivery and any other failure risks

·Making continuous improvement studies & kaizens to increase manufacturing efficiency and eliminate quality problems
