QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

PMS, is an international producer of sterilization consumables and devices. Since 1997,producing efficient, reliable and flexible solutions for healthcare institutions and medical device manufacturers with its wide product range.

Operating in more than 80 countries in five continents with 2 production plants at international standards, 5 locations including a distribution center in Germany,PMS is a reliable partner with its strategic and global collaborationsand competitive,innovative approach.

We are looking for "Export Sales Representative" to join ourInternational Sales team atPMS Istanbul, Turkey.

·         B.S. Degree in Engineering/Management/Economics or relevant field

·         Min. 3 years of relevant experience preferably inHealthcare Industry

·         Experience inexport to USA is a an asset

·         Excellent command of written and spoken English

·         Speaking fluentlySpanish language is a an asset

·         Good command of MS Office software

·         Strong communication skills

·         Competent in teamwork

·         Able to travel abroad

·         Experience in penetrating new markets

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills

·         Result-oriented with good personal and analytical skills

Ideal candidate will be responsible for;

·         Focus on market research, finding new customers, new markets and new opportunities.

·         Collect and analyse market data and provide detailed report on customers and competitors to identify and develop export sales opportunities,

·         Prepare business plans and reports for all current and potential business,

·         Analyse Markets to achieve company Sales&Profitability Targets,

·         Provide in-house co-ordination to determine product needs of the market,

·         Maintain regular contact with all international customers by customer visits, demonstrations and negotiations.

·         Attend international exhibitions both as an exhibitor and/or visitor.

·         Service existing accounts, prepare offers and obtain orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule together with the sales support team.

More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
