Business Development Supervisor

Looking for Business Development Specialist to work on projects of Polat Energy in and outside of Istanbul.
The ideal candidate should have;      

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering programs,
• Knowledge and Experience in wind and solar energy power plant projects development including in energy-related technologies and applications including power generation, interconnection, transmission and distribution systems; experience in various power generation, transmission, distribution, and equipment selection,
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English,
• No military service obligation for male candidates,
• Enthusiastic about develop and work for projects,
• No self-limitations about going outside Istanbul to work on the power plants with some overnight stays,
• Holding a driving licence,
• Knowledge of computer-assisted engineering and skilful with computer software including Microsoft Office,
• Strong project team orientation and communication skills,
  
• Knowledge in Turkish electricity market legislation and its implementation,
• High degree of motivation,
• Preferably located in or around Kağıthane.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

The development of wind and solar plants while sticking to the goals of Polat Energy. When the development projects are ongoing, the employee is going to take work actively to achieve the goals of Polat Energy.

Tasks (not limited to):

• Be part of the Turkey’s largest renewable energy platform and Turkey’s most experienced renewable energy development team,
• The green field development and design of the wind and solar energy power plants and process of getting the required documents for the projects,
• Coordinating design and permissions of the projects with several departments, 
• Preparing technical part of business plans of the projects,
• Take responsibility of due diligence period of projects from market,
• Develop new and improve existing standards, templates, procedures and guidelines to support continuous improvement within the department in support of the quality management system,
• Develop single line diagrams for medium/ high voltage systems,
• Provide technical guidance and support for installation/manufacturing teams,
• Assist in creation of bills of materials for major equipment,
• Ability to represent the company well,
• Engineering, analytical and technical writing skills.
