Project Finance Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

Multinational company operating in the renewable energy industry wishes to hire his/her Project Finance Supervisor.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally in Project Finance
• Solid financial background, good knowledge of Accounting
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong skills of financial modeling using Microsoft Excel
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills, transparent and reliable
• Military service completed for male applicants
• Experience in the energy sector (especially renewables) is an asset but not mandatory

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Supervisor will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Be the contact point of the Company towards local and international banks
• Participate in the Company's financing operations, whether cash or non-cash (e.g. L/Gs): support negotiation of new facilities, re-financing opportunities, on all aspects (e.g. spread, commissions, tenor, sculpting, security package…) and any kind of loan documentation together with the Legal Counsel of the Company
• Perform the role of loan officer for the existing facilities (currently 15 facilities and approx. $700m portfolio of which $350m outstanding), including permanent monitoring of Covenants (DSCR/DSRA..)
• Organize and ensure proper execution of hedging operations (FX, IRS…)
• Supporting the Company’s Business and Investment Analysis Manager to integrate different financing schemes to the business models prepared for Investment Committees
• Conduct autonomously assets stress tests, impairment tests and any financial forward- and backward-looking financial analysis as needed
• Participate to the reporting cycle of the Company towards Management and Shareholders and provide support to the preparation of the budgets
• Determine SPV’s available cash Vs. Covenants, manage distribution approval process with banks
• Closely work with Company’s Treasury Dpt. to anticipate short and medium financing needs and maximize assets remuneration when appropriate
• Support and coordinate different departments of the Company (Technical, Treasury, Accounting, Controlling, Legal, Procurement…) in whatever matter pertaining to Financing (from environmental assessments to buy/rent analysis…)
