QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As Polimeks Holding we are looking for Corporate Finance and Strategy Specialist to join our team, who is eager to work in a dynamic and multinational environment.

He/she will be focus on financial planning and performance management process and support management team on decision making processes (sector/industry researches, feasibility studies/valuations, due diligences, project management etc.).


Responsibilities include

  • Manage and execute aspects of financial planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modelling and decision support for a focused scope within a business unit, a company and/or a country of the Group. You will own data collection and verify data integrity
  • Help the senior management team and prepare financial data, presentations, working papers and insights that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions
  • Conduct industry, market, country and acquisition target analysis
  • Analyse and monitor financing/investment alternatives and provide decision support
  • Work actively on a range of financial, strategic and operational projects of subsidiaries /investments and oversight of key milestones

 

Successful Applicant

  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in engineering, economics, business administration or related department preferably from a top tier university in Turkey
  • 3 - 5 years of directly-related professional work experience in consultancy, investment banking, FP&A or audit
  • Experience in financial modelling, valuation and accounting
  • Proficiency in Excel and presentation development skills in PowerPoint
  • Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Written and oral fluency in English is a must
  • Attention to detail, strong communication and organization skills
  • Experience of building relationships at different levels and functions across an organization
  • Willingness to travel
