QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Export Manager for Polisan Kansai Paint in Bostancı/İstanbul

  • 6 - 8 years experience in revelant export roles,
  • Have bachelor’s degree related fields from a reputable university,
  • Good knowledge in export business processes, export legislation, customs legislation and international trade law.
  • A strategic and visionary perspective is developed, planning, organization and business development competencies are high, decision-making ability is strong, the initiative can use,
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • Second language is preferred
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Ability to travel in Turkey and abroad, no travel restriction

İŞ TANIMI

  • Prepares export strategies and performing activities in line with these strategies, creating an effective business plan to ensure expected product sales quantity and profitability, and ensuring that all processes and transactions are carried out without interruption.
  • Carrying out export transactions in accordance with company procedures and policies, all financial and foreign exchange transactions by contacting the official authorities of the relevant countries
  • Prepares sales strategies tailored to customer demands, creating budgets compatible with the company's overall sales targets and managing them effectively
  • Preparing detailed reports covering all export activities and developing recommendations for export applications to ensure profitability
  • Collect and analyze market data to identify and improve export sales opportunities,
  • Monitoring current and potential markets, identifying possible business opportunities, developing and maintaining business relations with customers and agents by reviewing company products
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projects expected sales volume for existing and new products
  • Regular communication with export employees, development of the export performance of the export team, training and development of the team to realize the export targets.
