QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Politeknik is one of the leading American companies which is specialized in the aluminum surface treatment industry. We are looking for an R&D Engineer for our Tuzla Plant.
What You’ll Be Able To Do
- Developing ideas for manage and leading projects until they become real products under supervision,
- Designing detailed project plans with engineering, manufacturing sales and marketing teams to manage all aspects of product development and production,
- Collecting the data by hands-on experiments and analyzing statistical features of data,
- Organizing and compiling reports for weekly meetings
- Technical support of process operations and Provided customer support,
The Minimum Requirements We Seek
- Bachelor’s Degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry,
- Excellent English in writing and speaking

- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization,
