Polyak is the largest investment project of Fina Energy Holding - energy business unit of Fiba Group, which is one of the most reputable business groups in Turkey. The project consists of two operation units: Underground Coal Mine and Coal-Fired Power Plant.
Polyak will be the deepest underground lignite coal mine in Turkey with coal extracted from 700-1000 m deep coal seams utilising fully mechanised production technologies. Planned annual coal production capacity is 5 million tonnes and total coal potential of the project site is estimated to be around 250 million tonnes.
The power plant, with an installed capacity of 2 x 350 MW and annual power generation of 5.250 GWh, will employ highly efficient Supercritical Pulverised Coal Technology.
Polyak is seeking to grow the team bigger by bringing together its high–tech systems with highly qualified local and foreign experts from various disciplines.

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree from a reputable university (preferably in Economics/Business Administration, Accounting or Finance)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting preferably in the Energy and Mining sectors,
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role
• Experience in financial statement analysis, general accounting, cost accounting processes and reporting
• Excellent understanding of; accounting, taxation and internal controls
• Having good knowledge about Turkish Trade Law and Tax Laws and Regulations
• SAP knowledge is a must
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office programs (Excel, Word and Power Point)
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Good team player, highly self-motivated, strongly creative with an analytical mind
• Eager to learn, open minded, dynamic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing the accounting department in a highly transactional organization,
• Coordinating and directing the month-end and year-end closing processes,
• Preparing monthly financial statements and related reports,
• Maintaining accounting controls and defining accounting policies and procedures to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Supporting other departments on accounting issues and decisions,
• Supporting to the financial, tax and internal audit processes,
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities requested by the management
