QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Polyak Eynez Enerji Üretim Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is a partnership of Polat Mining and Fiba Group and a coal mining company in Turkey, looking for a new team member to be a part of Financial Control and Reporting team.

General Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate degree in  economics, business administration or related department
  
• Min 3-4 years of experience in audit or finance/controlling departments of international companies.
• Experience in Big 4 audit firms is preffered.
• Good understanding of Turkish GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent command of English.
• Advance knowledge of MS Office applications
• SAP knowlegde is highly prefered.

Role Definition

• Playing an important role in establishing and ensuring that all budget policies and procedures are implemented.
• Analysis of company expenses/outgoings on a monthly basis to ensure that they are in line with budgets- cost controlling & management.
• Supporting team in managing the annual budget and forecasting preparation process in line with the company’s strategy.
• Supporting team in preparing the annual IFRS financial statements and report.
• Contributing to internal and external audit process.
• Quarterly, and annual financial statements and operational KPIs.
• Support to financial projects and operations where necessary.
• Develop business processes to maintain and strengthen internal control.
• Supporting team month-end and year-end closing process.
