The Sales Assistant supports sales of technical solutions for Mobile vehicles (Agriculture, construction equipment …), in order to contribute to the business volume and trade margin development.Genuine support of the sales team, the Sales Assistant follows and manages all sales operations, from order entry to delivery and invoicing.

Your main missions are as follow:

·       Main phone contact for our customer

·       Prepare offers and quotations

·       Consideration of orders from clients and suppliers

·       Place orders

·       Manage and follow-up deliveries

·       Production and control of invoicing

·       Customer follow-up

·       Identification of customer contacts, market research

·       Phone canvassing campaign to develop the customer portfolio

Profile required:

• Graduated in International Sales or Business Administration
• Sales Administration Experience (quotation, manage orders, invoicing, manage delivery, …)
• Real IT skills (proficient in Word, Excel documents)
• Customer oriented
• English or French fluent required
• Flexible, autonomous, dynamic, service-oriented, open-minded and reliable
