Key Responsibilities

• Daily follow up of all customer orders / FG stocks/ deliveries and responsible for order management process
• Continuously interact with demand management, production planning, sales and WH to provide best possible solutions to meet customer demand at the best cost 
• Coordinate and streamline logistics processes that enable the organization to improve service to customers while controlling levels of inventory
• Main contact person between customer/sales and Supply Chain
• To contribute to the achievement of BU strategy related to inventory management of finished goods
• To monitor stock rotation and inventory health in order to avoid obsolete stock: Pro-actively identify slow moving stock and discuss action plan with Sales (in PPG and on customer side) 
• Coordinate shipments of all orders 
• Due to our business, be flexible in working hours 
• To prepare related department reports

Qualifications 

• Communication and interaction capabilities 
• Knowledge of the IT tools (Oracle, CAIR, LFA, Focus, Excel) 
• Proficient in English and an additional language would be an asset 
• Planning & Organization skills 
• Manage complexity 
• Problem solving attitude
